Custom Order Process

Customer will be contacted within 1-2 business days after purchase via email provided. A subject reference image must be provided by the customer. A digital copy will be provided as a JPEG.

In the event that the customer cannot be reached, the item will remain on hold until further notice.

Customer will also be contacted for provide final custom approval (one time). See Additional Fees below.

Within the shop, additional add-on physical items including custom imaging may be added at the the time of purchase, or at a later date.

Processing Time

Custom Portraits take approximately 10-12 weeks to process before shipping. Custom outlines take approximately 2-3 weeks to process before shipping.

General items take 24-48 hours to process before they are shipped out.

Shipping

Add-on on items will be shipped within 24-48 hours once digital copies are complete and products created. Add-on items for returning customers will be processed within 24-48 hours.

Returns, Cancellations, and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges.

We would like to work with you to resolve any unpleasant surprises. If you find an issue with any physical products, please contact us within 3 days of recieving your order. Include a clear photo of the issue, your order number, and a brief description of the issue. Please note that we are not responsible for damages that occur during transit.

Additional Fees

If applicable, ADDITIONAL FEES may be invoiced. Customer will be informed if applicable fees apply before customer order would fall into these categories.

30% additional charge for changes AFTER PRODUCT CREATION
