Shipping policy

For custom orders, physical items will be shipped within 24-72 hours once digital copies are complete and products created. General physical items and add-on items for returning customers will be processed within 24-48 hours once the order has been confirmed and/or once items have been created.

Other physical items are shipped within 24-72 hours.

Digital downloads are available immediately for download after purchase.

*Please note that does not include actual shipping time once physical items have been released to the delivery carrier.
